This is the first book in a series on Bridge Squeezes and introduces the subject and is aimed at experienced players who are ready to improve their playing ability. The format for each position is a diagram showing the cards remaining and how the position is played. There are then examples taken from actual play, showing how the diagrammed position was reached and the preparation needed to achieve it. The key requirements for a squeeze are explained in simple terms and each type of threat encountered is described and named. |

Double Squeezes by |
This is the second book in a series on Bridge Squeezes. It covers the positions where both defenders are each squeezed in two suits. It also covers secondary double squeezes and squeezes where there is a clash threat. The author has made extensive research into these positions and this book covers several which have not been previously described. Many of the examples, mostly in the more complex positions, were composed by Tim Bourke and sent to the author for inclusion in the book. |
